I've spent more than 30 years building websites, software, and businesses. Along the way I've run a coffeehouse, built mobile apps, launched e-commerce brands, and developed databases — so I know what it's like when the phone doesn't ring and rent is still due.

I started Open Door because too many small businesses are stuck with websites that don't reflect how good they actually are. My goal isn't design awards. It's helping you get more customers.
